How to Register for Open Play Programs

In Playbypoint, what used to be called sessions are now called Programs. Follow the steps below to register for an upcoming program like Open Play.

✅ Step 1: Log In

  1. Go to cbapb.com and click the Login button in the upper right corner.

  2. You’ll have two login options:

    • Enter your email and password, OR

    • Click “Use Magic Link”

If using Magic Link:

  • Enter your email and click Send

  • Look for an email titled: “Here’s your magic login link”

  • Click the “Log in to my account” button in the email

  • You’ll be redirected to your Playbypoint homepage

🗓 Step 2: View Available Programs

Once logged into the homepage, select on Programs on the left side. Then, you can display available programs in one of three formats:

  • Card View

  • Daily Schedule View

  • Weekly Schedule View

🎯 Step 3: Select Your Program

  1. Click on the Program Card that matches what you want to register for

    • For example: Open Play 3.0+ on Fridays

  2. You’ll be taken to a screen that provides:

    • A brief program description

    • Pricing info

    • Cancellation policy

    • A list of all upcoming available sessions for that program

🛎 Step 4: Choose a Date and Register

  1. Click on the Program Card for the date/time you want to register

  2. A registration window will open with pricing options:

    • If you’re a member, you’ll see the discounted rate

    • If you’re a non-member, the standard price will be shown

  3. Select how you want to pay:

    • Club Credits (if you're a member using a session package)

    • Credit/Debit Card (if paying per session)

  4. Click Next

🛒 Step 5: Checkout

  • Select all the upcoming sessions you’d like to register for

    • Members can register up to 21 days in advance

    • Non-members can register up to 14 days in advance

  • Review your selections on the Checkout page

  • Confirm your payment method (Card vs Club Credits) and complete your registration

That’s it! You’re ready to play.

Registering for a Program (Session)

Once you’ve loaded Club Credits, you can register for any session marked as a "Program."

  1. Go to the Programs tab.

  2. Choose your session and tap “Register.”

  3. Your Club Credit will automatically apply during checkout.
