SCHEDULER

CBAPB utilizes a website (not an app) called PlayTime Scheduler for pickleball scheduling. The free site allows you to see scheduled games, add your name to open/drop-in sessions and communicate with other players.

HOW TO REGISTER

  • STEP 1

    Visit PlayTimeScheduler.com, enter your email and click "Register".

  • STEP 2

    Select “USA”.

  • STEP 3

    Select “Iowa” or “Nebraska”.

  • STEP 4

    Enter your zip code.

  • STEP 5

    Select “Council Bluffs, IA” from the list.

  • STEP 6

    Complete the “New User Registration” form.

  • STEP 7

    For the “Anti-Spam Verification” question, type 0 0 2. Then, click “Register” to create your free account.

  • STEP 8

    You’ll now be able to see the schedule for all CBAPB sessions. To complete your registration, tap the “Account” button and update your profile and set your pickleball rating.

HOW TO JOIN AN OPEN PLAY SESSION

On the calendar in PlayTime Scheduler, tap on a green-colored circle.

  • Solid Green Circles: These are open play sessions, available to join.

  • Striped Green Circles: These are private/rental sessions and require an invitation. Do not join these unless invited.

Scroll to the bottom of the list and tap the green “+ Add My Name” button.

OPTIONAL FEATURES:

  • “Add Note” (Yellow Tab): Add a note to communicate with the group.

  • “Add Guest” (Green Tab): Add one or more guests.

  • “Message Group” (Orange Tab): Send an automatic email to everyone signed up for the session.

Please remember…

  • If sessions are full, we recommend adding your name to the wait list.

  • If you can’t make it to a session you signed up for, please remove your name as a courtesy to others.

DO I NEED MY OWN PADDLE & BALLS?

We have plenty of paddles and balls to use if you don’t have your own. Rentals are free with your drop-in fee.

We do ask that you carry in your court shoes that you will wear on the court (no black soled shoes please). There are plenty of places to store your other shoes/bags, etc.

And don’t forget cash or your punch card (if you are a member). We do not accept debit/credit cards.

RESERVE A PRIVATE COURT

If you want to reserve a court for a private session, you’ll need to fill out a submission form. If a court is available, we will add your rental session to PlayTime Scheduler.
