Enjoy the flexibility of open play at our indoor courts. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, you’ll find a welcoming environment to enjoy a game.

In order to view open times and reserve a spot, you’ll have to sign up for a free account with Playbypoint. See how to register below.

RATES (per 2 hrs)

OPEN PLAY / ROUND ROBIN 

  • $5 for members

    • $4 when you pay with Club Credits in Play By Point

  • $8 for non-members

Council Bluffs Area Pickleball utilizes Playbypoint for pickleball scheduling. The free app allows you to see scheduled games, add your name to open/drop-in sessions and make payments and more.

HOW TO JOIN AN OPEN PLAY SESSION

Go to the Programs tab

  1. Tap VIEW on your preferred date/time/program

  2. Select “BOOK THIS OPEN PLAY/ROUND ROBIN”

  3. Choose to sign up for any additional sessions

  4. Follow the checkout steps to complete your registration

Reminder: Please check in at the front desk before heading to the courts.

Please remember…

  • If sessions are full, we recommend adding your name to the wait list. You’ll be notified if you are moved to the play list.

  • If you can’t make it to a session you signed up for, please remove your name as a courtesy to others. There is a 3-hour cancellation window. When you cancel at least 3-hours before your session begins you will receive a refund in Club Credits or a free future session. No cash refunds are given.

DO I NEED MY OWN PADDLE & BALLS?

We have plenty of paddles and balls to use if you don’t have your own. Rentals are free with your drop-in fee.

We do ask that you carry in your court shoes that you will wear on the court (no black soled shoes please). There are plenty of places to store your other shoes/bags, etc.

And don’t forget cash or your punch card (if you are a member). We do not accept debit/credit cards.

RESERVE A PRIVATE COURT

If you want to reserve a court for a private session, you’ll need to fill out a submission form. If a court is available, we will add your rental session to PlayTime Scheduler.
